John Martin Lambert (born 20 March 1887) was the son of Tobias and Alma Frances Lambert, née Cornelius. Tobias was born at Silsden, Yorkshire and Alma at Redruth, Cornwall.

1891 Silsden, Yorkshire Census: Town Road - John M. Lambert, aged 3 years, born Rotherham, Yorkshire, son of Tobius [sic] and Alma F. Lambert.

1901 Silsden, Yorkshire Census: 2, Stirling Street - John M. Lambert, aged 14 years, born Rotherham, Yorkshire, son of Tobias and Alma F. Lambert.

1911 Silsden, Yorkshire Census: 2, Stirling Street - John Martin Lambert, aged 24 years, born Rotherham, Yorkshire, son of Tobias and Alma Francis [sic] Lambert.
